Candidates should

arise themselves with the form, function and procedures for all parts of the test

every opportunity to practice their English in groups and pairs, both inside and outside the classroom before the test, particularly in a business environment, if possible.
利用好每一個開口講英語的機會，不論是小組討論也好還是雙人練習也好，無論是課堂上還是課外，都要多說多練。如果有可能的話，在商業(yè)背景下練習會更好。

opportunities to show what they are capable of and try to produce an extended sample of language for the examiner to assess
抓住機會向考官展示英語能力，證明自己的英語水平比考試要求得更高。

4. listen carefully to instructions and questions asked throughout the test
在整個口試過程中，都要認真聽清楚考試官的指示和問題。

for repetition of instructions if you are unclear about what to do
如果你不知道該這么做，那就請考試官再重復一遍問題，或者請他們給點指示。

to avoid long silences and frequent pauses
盡量避免長時間的冷場，也不要經(jīng)常停頓。
