電話業(yè)務(wù)、客服咨詢都是公司里經(jīng)常會(huì)碰到的問題。雖然快捷高效,但是由于通話雙方都見不到面,很可能當(dāng)對方說了一大堆后,你還是懵逼狀態(tài),不止所以然。因此,在電話中談業(yè)務(wù)時(shí)除了要記下關(guān)鍵句詞以外,還要注意一下幾點(diǎn):

(1)要清楚的介紹自己,并確認(rèn)接電話的對方是否是自己想要找的人。

情況一:接電話剛好是你要找的人。

A: Hi, I am Tom. May I speak to Peter?
你好,我是湯姆,請問皮特在嗎?

B: This is Peter speaking.
我就是皮特。

B:That's me.
我就是。

情況二:接電話的人不是你要找的人。

A:May I speak to Mr. Li?
請問李先生在嗎?

B: He's not here right now.
他現(xiàn)在不在這里。

B: What bad luck! He's not at home.
真不湊巧!他出去了。

B:He is in conference and cannot come to the telephone.
他在開會(huì),沒空來接電話。

B:You've just missed him.

B:He's just stepped out.

情況三: 接電話的人轉(zhuǎn)交電話給你要找的人。

Hold on a moment, please, I will call him for you.

Hold the line, please, let me see if he is in.
請稍等,我看他在不在。

Wait a moment, please, I will get him for you.

Let me transfer your call.

(2)留口信。

Shall I take a message for her?
我可以留口信給她嗎?

Can I leave a message?
我可以留口信嗎?

May I take your message? She is not in.
她現(xiàn)在不在。我可以為你留言嗎?

Would you mind taking a message for him?
你需要留口信給他嗎?

Would you ask him to call back when he comes back?
他回來時(shí),需要他給你回電話嗎?

Please tell her to ring me when she gets back.

Tell her I called her.

(3)打錯(cuò)電話。

I'm sorry. I'm afraid you've got the wrong number.
