全球最發(fā)達(dá)金融市場(chǎng)：香港奪冠 美國(guó)第二
With Europe in crisis and the U.S. economy dragging, there has been a major shift in the center of the financial world. Hong Kong was named as the most developed market, the first time an Asian economy has held this position, in the 2011 rankings from the World Economic Forum. Economies were ranked on seven pillars: institutional environment, business environment, financial instability, banking financial services, non-banking financial services (like?IPOs, M&As), financial markets and financial access.
歐元危機(jī)，美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)停滯不前，全球金融市場(chǎng)的中心是時(shí)候該轉(zhuǎn)移了。2011年度，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇把“全球最發(fā)達(dá)金融市場(chǎng)”的桂冠授予了香港，這是首次由亞洲經(jīng)濟(jì)體登頂這一寶座。全球最發(fā)達(dá)金融市場(chǎng)的評(píng)選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由以下七項(xiàng)指標(biāo)構(gòu)成：制度環(huán)境、商業(yè)環(huán)境、財(cái)務(wù)不穩(wěn)定性、銀行金融服務(wù)、非銀行金融服務(wù)（比如首次公開募股、企業(yè)并購(gòu)）、金融市場(chǎng)和金融渠道。

第一名：香港特別行政區(qū)
Hong Kong is the first Asian economy to top the list, and financial access -- access to capital and financial services -- is one of its biggest strengths and it ranks number 1 on the financial access list. It also has a strong business environment (3rd) and strong financial stability (4th). Meanwhile, its non-banking financial services like IPO activity and insurance have shown significant improvement.
香港是成為最發(fā)達(dá)金融市場(chǎng)的第一個(gè)亞洲經(jīng)濟(jì)體。香港擁有良好的金融渠道（即獲得資本和金融服務(wù)的渠道)，這是它的一大優(yōu)勢(shì)，并在這一指標(biāo)中排名第一。另外，香港在商業(yè)環(huán)境的排名中也有不俗表現(xiàn)，名列第三；在金融穩(wěn)定性上名列第四。同時(shí)，在非銀行金融服務(wù)，如首次公開募股活動(dòng)和保險(xiǎn)等領(lǐng)域，香港都有了很大的進(jìn)步。
