How are your muscles feeling right now? Take a little break. Do computer yoga. It's very easy, and you'll be relaxed in just a few minutes. Computer yoga will help to resolve the tension felt in your body. It will calm your mind through meditation and self-questioning. Computer yoga is the office worker's and writer's answer to remaining positive through the day; ideally, practicing computer yoga daily will help you to remain positive throughout your daily routine.
當(dāng)你看到這篇文章的時(shí)候,你感覺(jué)自己身體的肌肉情況如何?休息一下吧,練練“電腦瑜伽”。很簡(jiǎn)單,只需要幾分鐘你就可以放松下來(lái)。電腦瑜伽有助緩解身體的緊張程度。通過(guò)冥想和自我反省就能達(dá)到心靈的平靜狀態(tài)。電腦瑜伽是辦公室白領(lǐng)以及作家們維持一天積極情緒的秘訣,在理想的情況下,每天鍛煉電腦瑜伽能夠使你每天都能保持積極樂(lè)觀的態(tài)度。
1. Move your head round.
?第一步:頭部運(yùn)動(dòng)。
Turn your head left and right. Forward and backward.
左右轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)頭部,然后再前后轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。
2. Move your shoulders, so that all tensions resolve.?
第二步:聳聳肩膀,緩解肩部肌肉緊張。
Find the way that works best for you. Move forward, and then move another way round. Move with your elbows and another way round.
找到最合適自己的方法。雙肩向前轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),然后再反方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)你的手肘,然后再向另一方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。
3. Move your?spine?to the right and left side.?The head also.
第三步:左右扭動(dòng)脊椎。扭動(dòng)完脊椎再扭動(dòng)頭部。
4. Move your feet on the ground.?
第四步:扭動(dòng)雙腳。
Feel the tension resolving from your belly, your legs, to your feet and the ground. Concentrate on the whole earth.
感受從肚子到大腿,再到腳,到地面這個(gè)過(guò)程的壓力釋放。把身體的重心放在地面上。
5. Massage?your body from head to feet.?
第五步:從頭到腳按摩自己的身體。
Hold your hands together over your head, rub the palms, close your eyes, and visualize the sky above you. Take a few times of deep breath, and then open your eyes.
把雙手握在頭部上方,摩擦手掌,閉上眼睛,想象天空就在自己的上方。然后深呼吸,再睜開(kāi)眼睛。
6. Rub your palms together.?
第六步:摩擦手掌。
Think on the enlightened masters and say, "Om, all enlightened masters, please help me on my way." Now you can ask a question. Think about your life. What are your goals? What is your way? Hear the answer within you. Feel the answer inside. What is the answer?
想象啟蒙大師們并說(shuō):“Om,所有的啟蒙大師,請(qǐng)幫助我。”然后你就可以詢問(wèn)自己一個(gè)問(wèn)題。想想自己的生活如何。你的目標(biāo)是什么。你通過(guò)什么方法來(lái)達(dá)到這個(gè)目標(biāo)?聆聽(tīng)內(nèi)心的答案。感受心靈的答案。答案是什么呢?
7. Put your hands on your legs or your belly.?Make your mind?calm.
第七步:把雙手放在大腿上或肚子上。讓自己的內(nèi)心平靜下來(lái)。
8. Stop your thinking for one minute.?
第八步:停止冥想一分鐘。
Simply sit there. Don't think.
就坐在那里,什么都別想。
9. Have fun..!
第九步:感受其中的樂(lè)趣吧!
