The beetles still,
The crickets trill,
Clear autumn shut outdoors in night tranquil.
Where is the Phoenix Tower high?
Grieved to see parapet nigh,
I dream to be a butterfly.
My homesickness for ten long years
In tonight’s alien dream appears.
