《愛(ài)情筆記》是一部細(xì)膩生動(dòng)的戀愛(ài)過(guò)程全記錄。 其間，才子德波頓細(xì)述一段情緣中的邂逅、迷戀、平凡中的幸福、熟悉后的倦怠、女友移情別戀、挽回?zé)o望、自殺、醒悟，以至一段情完全成為過(guò)去。他認(rèn)真思辯自己的感覺(jué)，忠實(shí)記下與女友交往中的各個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)，特別是心理和哲學(xué)層面的思考，文字生動(dòng)、處處機(jī)鋒，不僅有極大的閱讀樂(lè)趣，閱畢更令人回味無(wú)窮。
