Taking a road trip with your significant other? Chances are good the time together will improve your relationship.

In fact, 91 percent of couples have taken road trips together, and 84 percent agree the experience has strengthened their relationship, according to a new survey of more than 1,000 people released by collaborating with Ford Motor Company.
根據(jù)美國知名社交網(wǎng)站YourTango和福特汽車公司聯(lián)合進(jìn)行的一項(xiàng)新調(diào)查顯示,91%的情侶或夫妻都有過一起公路旅行的經(jīng)歷,他們當(dāng)中有84%的人承認(rèn)這樣的經(jīng)歷的確有增進(jìn)彼此的感情。這項(xiàng)調(diào)查參與人數(shù)超過了1000人。

The survey revealed that togetherness on the road presents an opportunity for quality time among couples in all sorts of ways.
調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,旅行在途中兩個(gè)人的團(tuán)結(jié)歸屬感,也為他們提供了機(jī)會(huì),享受多種形式的甜蜜黃金時(shí)光。

In fact, we asked respondents to choose their three favorite ways to pass with their loved one on the road. The top activities are:
調(diào)查還要求調(diào)查對(duì)象選出他們和愛人在公路旅行中最愛做的三件事情,下面是排名靠前的活動(dòng):

- Talking and catching up with each other (63 percent)
聊天,交談最近的生活狀態(tài)(63%)

- Blasting our favorite music (60 percent)

- Getting some quiet time and taking in the sights (37 percent)

- Napping while my spouse/partner drives or vice versa (22 percent)

Of course, coupled driving time is not all sunshine and roses. For instance, plenty of couples (63 percent) have a "back-seat driver" on board who "helps" the real driver negotiate the road, offering him or her driving advice.
