同樣是和turn搭配，toss and turn就尤指因無法入睡而“翻來覆去，輾轉(zhuǎn)反側(cè)”。

wear sb down指的是使某人疲勞，看一下它的英語釋義：to make someone feel tired and less able to deal successfully with a situation，所以這里側(cè)重地是是別人精疲力竭而無法順利解決事情。
