fighting fit的意思是非常強(qiáng)健的，形容身強(qiáng)體健還可以說(shuō)muscular，比如：

muscular arms/legs
肌肉發(fā)達(dá)的手臂／雙腿

要注意的是，如果你要夸別人看起來(lái)很健康，最好不要說(shuō)“You look healthy“。

Healthy這個(gè)字表面上看來(lái)是健康，但它也是近幾年來(lái)流行的委婉說(shuō)法，意思是胖嘟嘟、圓潤(rùn)的。

“You look great“和“You look well“都可以。

2.?be none the wiser

如果你說(shuō)某人經(jīng)歷某件事或者聽(tīng)過(guò)解釋之后依然“be none the wiser”，你的意思是說(shuō)他們依然不明白，或者完全沒(méi)有意識(shí)到發(fā)生了什么。

He seems to be none the wiser after all this.
經(jīng)過(guò)這一切后他看來(lái)還是那樣稀里糊涂。

I've read the instructions twice and I'm still none the wiser.

3.?go down a storm

要說(shuō)某件事受歡迎或很成功，你可以說(shuō)它“go down a storm”。

Last night's party went down a storm, it was incredible.昨晚的派對(duì)非常成功，令人難以置信。
