I woke up early today, excited over all I get to do before the clock strikes midnight. I have responsibilities to fulfill today. I am important.

今日清晨，我早早醒來，想到午夜鐘聲敲響前將做的一切，激動(dòng)不已。我有責(zé)任讓今日過的充實(shí)，我很重要。

My job is to choose what kind of day I am going to have.

我的工作就是選擇，選擇將如何度過每一日。

Today I can complain because the weather is rainy or I can be thankful that the grass is getting watered for free.

今日陰雨連綿，我可以怨天尤人，我也可以大感快慰，因?yàn)椴莸氐靡悦赓M(fèi)澆灌。

Today I can feel sad that I don’t have more money or I can be glad that my finance encourage me to plan my purchases wisely and guide me away from waste.

今日囊中羞澀，我可以郁悶難過，我也可以高興快活，因?yàn)檫@使我得以理性消費(fèi)，從而遠(yuǎn)離浪費(fèi)。

Today I can grumble about my health or I can rejoice that I am alive.

今日健康不佳，我可以牢騷滿腹，我也可以歡呼雀躍，因?yàn)槲乙廊换钤谑郎稀?/div>

Today I can lament over all that my parents didn’t give me when I was growing up or I can feel grateful that they allowed me to be born.

今日想起成長歲月中父母給予太少，我可以悲嘆不已，我也可以感激萬分，因?yàn)樗麄冑x予了生命。

Today I can cry because roses have thorns or I can celebrate that thorns have roses.

今日因玫瑰莖上有刺，我可以嗚咽哭泣，我也可以歡心慶賀，因?yàn)橛写痰那o上也有玫瑰花。

Today I can mourn my lack of friends or I can excitedly embark upon a quest to discover new relationships.

今日因缺朋少友，我可以哀傷悲痛，我也可以興奮不已，因?yàn)槲夷苋グl(fā)掘新的感情關(guān)系。

Today I can whine because I have to go to work or I can shout for joy because I have a job to do.

今日不得不工作，我可以哭訴抱怨，我也可以高聲歡呼，因?yàn)槲移鸫a還有工作可做。

Today I can murmur dejectedly because I have to do housework or I can feel honored because the Lord has provided shelter for my mind, body and soul.

今日不得不做家務(wù)，我可以唉聲嘆氣，我也可以倍感榮幸，因?yàn)樯系圪n予我這個(gè)避風(fēng)港灣，讓我休憩身體，慰藉心靈。

Today stretches ahead of me, waiting to be shaped. And here I am, the sculptor who gets to do the shaping.

今日在我面前展開，等我去塑造。而我正是它的雕刻師，來賦予它某種形狀。

What today will be like is up to me. I get to choose what kind of day I will have.
