首先談談監(jiān)獄和坐牢。監(jiān)獄牢房最普通的說法就是prison (prison break嘛), 此外還有比較正式的penitentiary，一般都是指聯(lián)邦或州的監(jiān)獄，關了不少重犯；俚語還有pen(pen的一個意思指圍欄，后可指牢房)以及hole。關押坐牢的單詞也很多，比如imprison, incarcerate(本集一開始史高飛用了這個詞)。

wheelhouse即pilothouse，原指（船上）駕駛艙，操舵室：建于船上駕駛臺的封閉區(qū)，船在航行中由其控。當你說something is in one’s wheelhouse就是指這個東西是某人最拿手熟練的。
