Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's tepid romance is heating up again just months after the "Snow White and the Huntsman" actress issued a mea culpa about her affair with director Rupert Sanders.

According to the UK paper, Pattinson has decided that Stewart's wrongdoing was a "one-off" and he is now taking her back.

"They pretty much decided they couldn't live without each other," a source told the paper. "Kristen poured her heart out to Robert and told him it was a one-off and a mistake."

Based on the reports, the 26-year-old actor has decided to forgive Stewart and has even welcomed her over at Reese Witherspoon's California ranch in Ojai, Calif.

"Rob sees it as Kristen made a really stupid mistake," the source continued. "After a lot of long tearful talks, they've worked it out.

"Rob can see how truly sorry Kristen is and has totally forgiven her. They really do love each other."

The pair have now moved into a secluded pad in the same Los Angeles compound where Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have a place.

Kristen and R-Patz are due to appear on the red carpet together in November for the final Twilight film Breaking Dawn — Part 2.
