滬江英樂(lè) Europe曾經(jīng)于1988, 1990年兩度來(lái)臺(tái)，于臺(tái)北、臺(tái)中、臺(tái)南、高雄舉辦共8場(chǎng)演唱會(huì)，創(chuàng)下全省近20萬(wàn)人次參與的紀(jì)錄，并掀起臺(tái)灣史無(wú)前例的搖滾旋風(fēng)，素有“瑞典國(guó)寶”美譽(yù)的Europe歐洲合唱團(tuán)，自1982年于瑞典全國(guó)業(yè)余搖滾樂(lè)團(tuán)大賽中脫穎而出、贏得首獎(jiǎng)以及唱片合約，并于1983年發(fā)行首張同名專輯開(kāi)始，便以其深受歐洲古典藝術(shù)氣息所影響而特有的優(yōu)美旋律，融合重?fù)u滾的爆發(fā)力、主唱高亢細(xì)致的嗓音以及簡(jiǎn)捷的曲式，直接且迅速地征服了全球的樂(lè)迷。雖然說(shuō)Europe自1992年3 月于英國(guó)樸茨茅斯完成最后的巡回演唱行程之后，便無(wú)預(yù)警地在其仍處于事業(yè)高峰之際就此就地解散、各奔前程，且在其十年的音樂(lè)生涯中，僅發(fā)表過(guò)5張錄音室作品，卻已足以創(chuàng)下全球數(shù)千萬(wàn)張的專輯以及千萬(wàn)張單曲銷售紀(jì)錄！?
