Jennifer Aniston is leading a slew of stars who have covered Beatles classic Hey Jude in aid of a good cause.

The actress can be seen belting out the hit track in a promotional video to raise awareness for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which treats children suffering from cancer.

The 43-year-old joins the likes of Jon Hamm, Robin Williams, Betty White and Michael Jordan for the special music video.
