Cheng Jun, Vice President of Beijing Ditan Hospital, said, "We gave the child the Tamiflu drug, as well as [w]intravenous[/w] drips. Following both Chinese and international medical treatment, the patient’s temperature fell from 40 to 37 degrees. The patient has now started to eat, as of Saturday morning, and her temperature is normal." Doctors say the girl will be kept in hospital for at least a week, to observe her condition.
