She was brought to Beijing’s Ditan Hospital around noon the same day, where she was diagnosed with a lung infection. But her condition worsened, and she was transferred to intensive care on Thursday night. The patient is now reported to be in a stable condition. Cheng Jun, Vice President of Beijing Ditan Hospital, said, "We gave the child the Tamiflu drug, as well as [w]intravenous[/w] drips. Following both Chinese and international medical treatment, the patient’s temperature fell from 40 to 37 degrees.
