據(jù)報(bào)道，世博會(huì)的安保，將是上海歷史上最嚴(yán)格的安檢。世博園區(qū)外有兩道安檢門(mén)。在園區(qū)外圍控制區(qū)圍欄入口，安檢員將對(duì)入園者進(jìn)行門(mén)票預(yù)檢和物品抽檢。

世博會(huì)期間，進(jìn)園參觀的游客需要接受至少兩次安檢。第一道安檢處設(shè)在園區(qū)內(nèi)，占地4.5平方千米，這里安檢員會(huì)隨機(jī)對(duì)一些游客進(jìn)行檢查。

上文中的spot check就是“抽查、隨機(jī)檢查、突擊檢查”的意思，例如：The campaign against drinking and driving will include spot checks on motorists.禁止酒后駕車(chē)的行動(dòng)中將包括對(duì)司機(jī)展開(kāi)突擊檢查這項(xiàng)內(nèi)容。

subject visitors to spot checks這個(gè)短語(yǔ)中，subject意為“使服從、使遭遇”，例如：subject him to his superior's will,使他受他上級(jí)的支配；而作為形容詞，be subject to可以表示“易受……影響的”，如：Japan is subject to earthquakes. 日本經(jīng)常發(fā)生地震。The prices are subject to change. 價(jià)格會(huì)經(jīng)常變動(dòng)。
