世博會的時候，我們能在世博園看到什么樣的精彩演出呢？


Cirque du Soleil 加拿大太陽馬戲團

Cirque du Soleil (English: "Circus of the Sun"), is a Canadian entertainment company, self-described as a "dramatic mix of circus arts and street entertainment.The Canadian Pavilion at Expo 2010 in Shanghai is designed by Cirque du Soleil’s in-house designer.

加拿大的太陽馬戲團是一個將馬戲表演與街頭藝術(shù)融合起來的表演團體，在全世界都享有盛名。這次加拿大國家館的建筑創(chuàng)意也來自太陽馬戲團的室內(nèi)設(shè)計師。



Flamenco 西班牙弗拉門戈舞

Flamenco is a style of music and dance which is considered part of the culture of Spain, although it is actually native to only one region: Andalusia. Flamenco is the music of the Andalusian gypsies and played in their social community.

弗拉門戈被視為西班牙傳統(tǒng)文化中的一部分，其實起源于西班牙南部的自治區(qū)安達盧西亞，是當(dāng)時吉普賽人跳的一種舞蹈。



London Philharmonic Orchestra 倫敦愛樂樂團

Philharmonic 這個詞是什么意思呢？它表示“愛好音樂的”。為什么不用一個簡單的music lover，而要用這個看上去很難的單詞來表達“熱愛音樂”的意思？其實這個單詞的前綴phil-意為“喜愛，愛好”，比如philosopher這個詞，就有一個這樣phil-的前綴，看過《達芬奇密碼》的同學(xué)應(yīng)該知道，sophie古意為“智慧”，那么philosopher，哲學(xué)家，這個詞的本意就是“愛好智慧的人”。同樣在這里，Philharmonic的詞根harmonic意為“和聲的，和弦的”，所以組合起來，就是“愛好音樂的”這個意思啦。
