《金剛狼》位于加拿大的深山老林，背負(fù)著永生之苦的金剛狼羅根隱居于此，但每日惡夢不斷。在一次與獵人的沖突中，他得到東瀛女子雪緒的幫助，雪緒是羅根二戰(zhàn)期間的舊相識矢志田市朗派來的下屬，似乎不久于人世的老友渴望死去之間再見羅根一面?？缭街匮蟮牧_根終于見到了虛弱的矢志田市朗，對方希望他能夠保護(hù)自己的孫女真理子。隨著老人謝世，葬禮上突然戰(zhàn)火點燃。羅根在雪緒的幫助下拼死救出真理子，兩人一起逃亡，并因此互生情愫。在逃亡途中，羅根意外發(fā)現(xiàn)他喪失了自愈的能力，金剛狼最大的危機(jī)降臨。

真理子和羅根來到曾經(jīng)那個廢棄的井前，回憶起以前救矢志田的場景。當(dāng)時矢志田對羅根說，請他收下那把日本刀，日本刀要用兩只手來握，羅根說，，刀很漂亮，但是他不能收下。Take? it是收下的意思，常用于口語中。
