感恩節(jié)菜譜:自制美味土豆泥

Ingredients 食材
·4 lbs large potatoes
4磅大土豆
·1/4 pint milk (warmed)
4品脫溫牛奶
·2 oz butter
2盎司黃油
·1 large egg
1個大雞蛋
·Salt and pepper
鹽和胡椒粉
用作裝飾的西芹和檸檬片
To prepare 步驟
·Peel potatoes, cut into large chunks, boil in salted water until tender. Drain and mash until smooth.
將土豆削皮,切成大塊,放入鹽水中煮至變軟,取出濾干后搗成泥。
·Beat in the warm milk, most of the butter and the egg yolk. Season to taste.
加入溫牛奶、大部分黃油和蛋黃并調(diào)味。
·Lightly whisk the egg white until it just holds its shape. Fold into the potato mixture.
輕輕攪動蛋清直到成形,拌入土豆混合物中。
·Spoon the mixture into a greased 5-pint shallow ovenproof dish. Dot the top with the remaining butter and sprinkle with ground black pepper.
用勺子將調(diào)好的混合物放入5品脫的耐熱淺盤中,將剩下的黃油點在頂部,并撒上黑胡椒。
·Place on lower shelf of oven and bake at 200oC for about 45 minutes.
將淺盤放在烤箱的下層架子上,200oC的溫度下烤約45分鐘即可。
·Garnish.
最后灑上裝飾用配菜。
