Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal wedding is barely two months away — and Queen Elizabeth has officially given the couple her blessing.

As fifth (soon to be sixth!) in line to the throne, Harry must obtain formal permission from the monarch (a.k.a. his grandmother) to marry under the Succession to the Crown Act.
