1.第2句“風能既清潔……，所以……”可譯為主從復合句，將后半句處理為so等引導的結(jié)果狀語從句，也可將前半句處理成原因狀語.表達為(being) clean and renewable。
2.在第3句中，前半句“我國的風力資源極為豐富”明顯是句子的重點，故處理成主句，后半句為補充說明，處理為狀語，用介詞with加上獨立主格結(jié)構(gòu)表達出來，譯作China boasts... with the average wind speed faster...。謂語boast表示“自豪地擁有”。
3.第4句“早在......，中國就開始了......”可直譯為 China began its efforts to develop wind power as early as the 1970s，但譯文的表達更能體現(xiàn)出“時間的久遠性”。
4.倒數(shù)第2句中的“成為風力發(fā)電的第一大國”表結(jié)果，故將其處理成結(jié)果狀語，用分詞短語making China the biggest giant in wind power來表達。注意不能直接譯為becoming the biggest...，因為句子的主語是“風電裝機容量”而不是“中國”，所以在翻譯前，應轉(zhuǎn)換原文為“使中國成為……”。
