It translates as the “imam swooned,” suggesting that the dish was so delicious that the imam, or prayer leader of the mosque, fainted at the sight and taste of it.
烤茄子是一道土耳其菜肴，它是用橄欖油烹制茄子，并加入洋蔥、大蒜、西紅柿做成的，可在室溫下享用。?mam bay?ld?翻譯過來就是“伊瑪目昏倒了”，意思是這道菜太美味了，以至于清真寺的領(lǐng)拜師伊瑪目一看到并嘗到這道菜就昏倒了。
