在學(xué)習(xí)四級(jí)語法的時(shí)候，介詞地位雖高，但卻不能單獨(dú)承擔(dān)句子成分，其前或其后必須與某些詞相搭配出現(xiàn)，才能真正發(fā)揮作用。

1. 介詞與形容詞

(1)一對(duì)一：有些形容詞要求與一定的介詞搭配。

He is indifferent to my feelings. 他對(duì)我的感受毫不在意。

The country is rich in water. 這個(gè)國家水資源豐富。

(2)一對(duì)多：有些形容詞后可與不同介詞搭配。

The old man is blind of two eyes. 老人雙目失明。

2. 介詞與動(dòng)詞

(1)動(dòng)詞+介詞：

Please concentrate on one thing at a time. 一次請關(guān)注一件事情。

You can appeal to higher court. 你可以向更高法院上訴。

(2)動(dòng)詞+賓語+介詞：

We should prevent factories from polluting the environment. 我們應(yīng)該防止這些工廠污染環(huán)境。

My friends took me into their confidence.我的朋友們相信我。

(3)動(dòng)詞+副詞+介詞：

Try your best to catch up with your classmates. 盡全力追上同學(xué)們。

We should get along with each other. 我們應(yīng)該和睦相處。

(4)動(dòng)詞+賓語+副詞+介詞：

He is a bad boy and always puts something over on others. 他是個(gè)調(diào)皮的孩子，總是捉弄?jiǎng)e人。

You cannot take your resentment out on me. 你不能拿我泄憤。

3. 介詞與名詞

(1)名詞+介詞：

Please find a solution to this problem as soon as possible. 請盡快找到這個(gè)問題的解決方法。

(2)介詞+名詞：

To my surprise, he passed the exam. 令我驚訝的是，他通過了考試。

We will do everything at your request. 我們會(huì)滿足你的所有要求。
