郵件開頭

1. Thank you for contacting us/ Thank you for reaching out to us.

如果有人寫信來詢問你們酒店的設(shè)施或房間,就可以使用這句句子開頭。向他們對(duì)酒店有興趣表示感謝。

2. Thank you for your prompt reply/Thank you for your quick response.

當(dāng)一個(gè)客戶或是同事很快就回復(fù)了你的郵件,一定記得要感謝他們。如果回復(fù)并不及時(shí),只要將“prompt/quick”除去即可,你還可以說,“Thank you for getting back to me.”

3. Thank you for providing the requested information/Thank you for your information / updates.

如果你詢問某人一些信息,他們花了點(diǎn)時(shí)間才發(fā)送給你,那就用這句句子表示你仍然對(duì)他們的付出表示感激。

4. Thank you for all your assistance.

如果有人給了你特別的幫助,那一定要感謝他們!如果你想對(duì)他們表示特別的感激,就用這個(gè)句子,“I truly appreciate … your help in resolving the problem.”

5. Thank you raising your concerns.

就算某個(gè)客戶或是經(jīng)理寫郵件給你對(duì)你的工作提出了一定的質(zhì)疑,你還是要感謝他們。這樣你能表現(xiàn)出你對(duì)他們的認(rèn)真態(tài)度表示尊重及感激。同時(shí),你也可以使用,“Thank you for your feedback.”

郵件結(jié)尾

在郵件開頭表示感謝一般是表示對(duì)對(duì)方過去所付出的表示感謝,而在郵件結(jié)尾處表示感謝是對(duì)將來的幫助表示感謝。事先表示感謝,能讓對(duì)方在之后的幫忙中更主動(dòng)更樂意。

1. Thank you for your kind cooperation.

如果你需要讀信的人幫助你做某事,那就得事先表示感謝。

2. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

與上述的類似,本句表示了你對(duì)對(duì)方將來可能提供的幫助表示感謝。

3. Thank you for your understanding.

如果你信中包含任何會(huì)對(duì)讀信的人產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響的內(nèi)容,那就使用這句句子吧。

4. Thank you for your consideration.

如果你是在尋求機(jī)會(huì)或是一個(gè)好處時(shí),例如說你在求職,就用這句話作結(jié)尾。

5. Thank you again for everything you’ve done

這句句子可以用在結(jié)尾,但和上述的有所不同。如果你在郵件開頭已經(jīng)謝過了讀信的人,你就可以使用這句話,表示的是:因?yàn)樗麄儗?duì)你的巨大幫助,你想要再次感謝他們的付出。

A little stilted. Etiquette consultant likes it.

有點(diǎn)生硬。

2.All the best/All Best

3.Best Regards

I use this when I want a note of formality.

想要正式的寫結(jié)尾時(shí)用這個(gè)。

4.Best Wishes

5.Regards

Fine, anodyne, helpfully brief. I use this.

不錯(cuò),穩(wěn)重,簡(jiǎn)短。

6.Rgds

OK, if you're sending it from your phone.

如果是用手機(jī)發(fā)郵件的話,這個(gè)OK。

7.Warm Regards

I like this for a personal email to someone you don't know very well, or a business email that is meant as a thank-you.

在給不是很了解的人發(fā)私人郵件時(shí)可以用這個(gè),或在商業(yè)郵件里表達(dá)謝意。

8.See you around

this seems fine .

這個(gè)挺好。

9.Warmest Regards

As good as Warm Regards, with a touch of added heat.

跟Warm Regards一樣好,且更增添了一絲溫暖。

10.Warmly

This is a nice riff on the "warm" theme that can safely be used among colleagues.

這是一個(gè)關(guān)于 “warm” 主題很好的結(jié)尾,在同事之間使用很安全。

11.Take care

In the right instances, especially for personal emails, this works.

在適合的情況下,尤其是私人郵件,這個(gè)很有用。

12.Thanks!

In the right context, it can be fine.

在合適的語境中,它也適用。

13.Thank you!

This doesn't have the same grating quality as "Thanks!" The added "you" softens it.3

這個(gè)不會(huì)像“Thanks”那么讓人不悅,“You” 緩和了語氣。

14.Many thanks

I use this a lot, when I genuinely appreciate the effort the recipient has udertaken.

當(dāng)你由衷感謝收件人所付出的努力時(shí),可以用這個(gè)。

15.Thx

I predict this will gain in popularity as our emails become more like texts.

隨著我們的郵件變得更像文本,這個(gè)會(huì)越來越受歡迎。

16.Hope this helps

I like this in an email where you are trying to help the recipient.

在試圖幫助收件人的郵件中可以用。

17.Looking forward

I use this too. I think it's gracious and warm, and shows you are eager to meet with the recipient.

很親切、暖心,并且顯得你很渴望見到收件人。

18.Rushing

This works when you really are rushing. It expresses humility and regard for the recipient.

當(dāng)你趕時(shí)間時(shí)這個(gè)很有用。它表達(dá)了你的謙卑和對(duì)收件人的尊重。

19.In haste

Also good when you don't have time to proofread.

當(dāng)你沒有時(shí)間校對(duì)時(shí)用這個(gè)也蠻好。

20.Be well

Some people find this grating. Not appropriate for a business email.

有些人認(rèn)為不太好聽,在商業(yè)郵件中不合適。

21.Sincerely

Maybe OK for some formal business correspondence, like from the lawyer .

也許對(duì)于某些正式的商業(yè)通信是OK的,例如來自律師信函。

22.Sincerely Yours

Same problem as "Sincerely," but hokier.

跟“Sincerely”問題一樣。

23.Your name

Terse but just fine in many circumstances. Probably not a good idea for an initial email.

24.Initial

Good if you know the recipient and even fine in a business context if it's someone with whom you correspond frequently.

25.Love

This seems too informal, like over-sharing in the business context.

這個(gè)看起來太不正式,在商業(yè)郵件中就像過度分享。
