《失物招領(lǐng)》（The lost things）獲得2010年安錫動畫影展最佳短片，并獲第83屆奧斯卡最佳動畫短片獎。

這是華裔漫畫家陳志勇進軍動畫領(lǐng)域的第一部作品，改編自他的同名繪本，由安德魯·魯赫曼改編為動畫。陳志勇的繪本以華美和情節(jié)感人而著稱，這部動畫延續(xù)了他的繪本的風格，細膩而充滿了神秘的色彩。

《失物招領(lǐng)》是一個關(guān)于遺忘、孤獨與友誼的故事。

The Lost Thing is a story about a boy who enjoys collecting bottle tops for his bottle top collection. One day, while collecting bottle caps near a beach, he discovers a strange creature, that seems to be a combination of an industrial boiler, a crab, and an octopus.

影片講述了一個喜歡搜集瓶蓋的男孩，有一天在沙灘附近收集瓶蓋時，他發(fā)現(xiàn)了一個沒人要的體形龐大的、長得像鍋爐，卻生了蟹螯和章魚腳的“東西”。沒有人注意它，也沒有人接近它。

The boy realizes the creature is lost and out of place. He attempts to find its owner or the person it belongs to, but is not able to, due to the indifference of everyone else. As he is looking for the creature's owner, he is met by a person who gives him a business card with a weird sign on it. After searching much of the city for the sign, the boy is able to find the sign and return the creature although he was unable to say if the creature really belonged there.

男孩意識到這個“東西”是失物，沒有歸屬。他試圖找到它的主人，但由于人們的冷漠使這事很難辦到。在尋找的過程中，男孩遇見一個人，給了他一張有古怪標記的名片。 在許多城市找尋后，男孩終于找到了這個標記，并且將它送到了它該去的地方。雖然他仍舊不知道這個生物是否真正屬于那里。?
