“家庭暴力”可以說是當(dāng)前社會(huì)的熱門詞匯。由報(bào)道可知，“家庭暴力”的地道說法是“domestic violence”，也可稱作“family violence”。Domestic指的是“家務(wù)的、與家庭有關(guān)”，如：domestic chores（家務(wù)活）；domestic joys（家庭樂趣）。
