The statements can be answered using a 7-point format from "1" (highly disagree) , “2” (disagree), “3”(somewhat disagree), “4”(neither agree nor disagree), “5” (somewhat agree), “6”(agree) "7" (highly agree).
下面28個(gè)測(cè)量你的無(wú)聊程度的問(wèn)題，大家可以根據(jù)對(duì)自身的判斷來(lái)打分，1分：非常不同意；2分：不同意；3分：好像不太同意；4分：無(wú)所謂；5分：有點(diǎn)同意；6分：同意；7分：太對(duì)了！總分越高，說(shuō)明越容易無(wú)聊?！罢！比巳悍?jǐn)?shù)分布在81分到117分之間；得分高于135分的，是屬于容易無(wú)聊的類(lèi)型，低于63分，那也太亢奮了點(diǎn)。
