?三、投訴理由3：虛假宣傳

對于虛假宣傳的話題，我們其實可以參考上篇2個理由中的一些例子，投訴重點主要圍繞在收到的產(chǎn)品與描述不符或者得到的服務項目和合同上的不一致或遺漏以及根據(jù)提示使用后無法獲得預期效果等。此類書信在結構上一般由三部分組成：

（一） 表明投訴原因。

（二） 陳述投訴內(nèi)容，如時間、地點、人物等，并指出具體問題所在以及由此而產(chǎn)生的后果。

（三） 提出整改建議或者希望得到對方的賠償或補償。

四、投訴理由4：送貨問題

送貨問題里最常見的考題是別人寄給你的一件物品或者包裹你遲遲未收到，在信件結構上和投訴質量低劣類似：

（二）陳述投訴內(nèi)容，如物品的特征，郵寄的時間等，并指出由此而產(chǎn)生的后果。
