A: Hello, I'm here to pick up my prescription.
B: What's the name?
B: Wang. I was just here 20 minutes ago. You said it would be ready by now.
A: Uh-huh. Please just take a seat over there sir. We'll call you when it's ready. (10 minutes later)
B: Mr. Wang, here you are.
A: What took so long?
B: You know, we are working here as fast as we can. Your total comes to $10.80.
A: Do you take credit cards?
B: Sure do. Also, please ____1____ this form ____2____ that you understand how to use this medicine and that we were able to answer any questions. Do you have any questions about your medication?
A: Could you tell me how often I am supposed to use it, and how I apply it?
