〖Inside the apartment〗

A: Wow, there are other people here too?
B: It's a busy market right now and today the ____1____ are having an open house. Come on in! So, here we have the living room, 300 ____2____ feet, hardwood floor and two big windows overlooking the street. Off to the side is a ____3____ closet. Straight back here is the kitchenette complete with a gas ____4____, ____5____ and ____6____, and gas ____7____. Over here is the ____8____ with the bathroom on the left——a bit small but complete with a shower, toilet and ____9____. Then across the hall we have the first bedroom at 110 square feet including a closet. Down here at the end of the hall is second bedroom, 150 square feet, but there is not a closet built in. What do you guys think?
A: It's a lot bigger than I thought it would be, though it's too bad the one bedroom is so small. The hardwood floors are fantastic, and every room has a window——even the bathroom! Kevin?
C: I like this place. It's got everything we need and the location's good. I don't think we'll find anything better. Let's go for it!
A: Alright, let me start the ____10____ and if we are fast enough this place just might be yours by the end of the day! The best thing you can do now is get your security deposit and last month's rent together——that will give you better chances of closing the deal.
