After 2,000 cheaply priced tickets met with the buyers' rush last Sunday, the Shanghai Grand Theater opened a new round of tickets sales on Monday. Another 2,000 tickets were put out this time. Not wanting to miss out the great opportunity, fans started to queue as early as five in the morning, five hours before the opening. Well this move is part of the city's policy of offering everyday people more accesses to the arts. Several other theaters in town are also involved in those programs.
