Graze your way through The Street Food & Artisan Markets, learn about coffee through tastings and demonstrations, watch the UK Barista Championships and enjoy live music throughout the uniquely themed zones – Hyde Park, Shoreditch, Soho, The Lab, The Showroom and The Growing Community.

And don't forget! 50% of all ticket sales will be donated to Project Waterfall, a clean water initiative currently providing communities in Tanzania's Mbulu District. In fact for every three tickets sold we can enable one person access to safe drinking water, purchase two taps or even buy enough cement to build two latrine platforms.

倫敦咖啡節(jié)——慶祝英國咖啡文化

在4月底的大不列顛咖啡周中，倫敦將舉行“倫敦咖啡節(jié)”，慶祝倫敦的咖啡文化。

咖啡節(jié)將分為幾個節(jié)日區(qū)，如海德公園、Shoreditch、Soho、The Lab和The Growing Community。屆時除了會有“咖啡師”現(xiàn)場調(diào)制香醇咖啡及各式茶出售，還會有令人垂涎欲滴的食品攤位及現(xiàn)場音樂。倫敦咖啡節(jié)為期三天，“英國2012咖啡師錦標(biāo)賽”也會在此時舉行。

這是“倫敦咖啡節(jié)”第二年舉辦，主辦方預(yù)計將吸引12000名咖啡愛好者前來參加，其中既包括美食愛好者，也會有專業(yè)咖啡師和咖啡店主。

16世紀(jì)中期，倫敦第一家咖啡店開業(yè)，該店地址設(shè)于城中Cornhill，離Old Truman brewery不遠(yuǎn)，而Old Truman brewery 是本次節(jié)日主辦地。同時，牛津城宣稱英格蘭第一家咖啡店是在牛津城開業(yè)的。

“倫敦咖啡節(jié)”于4月27-29日舉行。交易日為4月27日（早上10點至下午5點，下午5點-10點對公眾開放），之后兩日每天從早上10點到晚上7點對公眾開放。時限為3小時的參觀票票價為12.5英鎊，但線上優(yōu)惠價為9.5英鎊。VIP票價格為17.5英鎊，線上優(yōu)惠價為14.5英鎊，附贈《2012倫敦咖啡指南》一本。所有門票收入的一半將捐給慈善機構(gòu)Project Waterfall，該機構(gòu)在坦桑尼亞實施清潔水源項目。
