B: Really? I heard that it was quite a good book. Plebeian after all was it?
A: Yes, it was full of musty ideas from pervious times, very out of touch with modern thinking.
B: I see. It’s amazing to see so many unexciting books making it to the shelves these days.

A: 我剛看完的那本書讓人難以讀進(jìn)去，語(yǔ)言太陳腐。
B: 是嗎？我聽說(shuō)那本書不錯(cuò)。真的很平庸嗎？
A: 對(duì)，都是些過(guò)時(shí)的舊觀點(diǎn)，和現(xiàn)在的思想完全脫節(jié)了。
B: 這么回事呀?，F(xiàn)在這么多無(wú)聊的書也能被擺上書架，真令人驚訝。
