滬江英樂?當(dāng)Grunge紅遍大街小巷時(shí)，Nirvana占據(jù)了絕大部分風(fēng)光。許多樂隊(duì)也因此退居二線。人們也不愿意去了解其他的樂隊(duì)，因?yàn)橹灰苷f出Nirvana就已經(jīng)能證明他們的檔次了。Soundgarden也是其中的一員，無論從感染力，深度，力度上來看，他們絲毫不差于Nirvana。在演奏技巧上，他們甚至超過了Nirvana。1988年的處女專輯《Ultramega OK》贏得滿堂贊譽(yù)，在今年上映的大片《The Avengers》（復(fù)仇者聯(lián)盟）中，Soundgarden更為其獻(xiàn)唱主題曲《Live to Rise》。
