B: Well boss, I will not give you any flimsy excuses. We did make only a slight improvement.
A: At the beginning of the year, fire all non-essential staff. I want any idle staff out of here.
B: Fine, Needless to say though, if orders go up after our staff are laid off, the paltry number of people left won’t be able to do all the work.

A: 年初的時(shí)候，裁掉所有非骨干員工，我要讓所有的閑散人員離開。
B: 那好吧。但是毫無疑問，裁員后要是訂單數(shù)量增加了，剩下的那么可憐巴巴的人手是做不了所有那些活的。
