Continuing to work through her weekend, Lea Michele was up bright and early to film new scenes for "Glee" in the West Village neighborhood of New York City on Saturday (August 11).

The 25-year-old star was spotted jumping around the Big Apple streets in black and white plaid shorts, v-neck sweater and knee high boots as she shot new scenes with her co-star Dean Geyer.

Seeming beyond excited to be working in the big city, the brunette beauty took to her Twitter page, writing, "SO excited for this weekend! It's been my dream to shoot #glee in NYC and now this season we'll be shooting half of Rachel's story here!" adding, "Early morning shooting #glee in NYC!!! So exciting!!!"

In other news, Miss Michele recently opened up to People magazine about how she keeps such a flawless look, saying, "I’m the girl who goes to bed at night with the face mask, the hair mask. I don’t care what I look like when I go to bed; I care about what I look like when I wake up in the morning.”

Lea also admitted that if she isn't working she prefers to have a natural face, explaining, "Maybe I’ll put on a little mascara, but other than that I try very hard to just let my skin breathe. I care more about letting my skin breathe than how I look.”

能在紐約拍戲，米雪兒興奮極了。她在推特上寫道：“這個禮拜的拍攝太讓人激動了！在紐約拍攝Glee一直是我的夢想，而第四季中，一半蕾切爾的戲都會在紐約拍攝！”后來她又寫道：“一大早就在紐約拍Glee?。。√d奮了?。?！”

近日在《人物》雜志的采訪中，米雪兒還透露了保持美貌的小秘訣。她說：“我睡覺時臉上敷著面膜，頭上頂著發(fā)膜。我不介意怎樣入睡，我在乎的是早上醒來后的樣子?！?/p>

她還表示在日常生活中自己更喜歡保持素顏。她解釋道：“也許我只會涂一點點睫毛膏，我會盡量讓我的皮膚自由呼吸。與妝容相比，我更在意皮膚的呼吸?！?/p>

《歡樂合唱團》第四季將于美國時間9月13日晚于FOX頻道首播。 ?
