Steve: Nice suit Mike - you look very sharp today.

Mike: Thanks for the compliment. I have an interview for an internal promotion today.
邁克：多謝夸獎。今天我有個關(guān)于內(nèi)部升職方面的面視。

Steve: Which department will interview you - Human Resources?
史蒂夫：哪個部門要面視你呀？人力資源部？

Mike: No, I already passed the HR interview. Today is with the head of the sales department.
邁克：不是。我已經(jīng)通過人力資源部的面試了。今天是和銷售部的頭兒們談。

Steve: So you want to work in sales?
史蒂夫：那是說你想做銷售了？

Mike:. I think I would be good in sales. I know our products well and I have a silver tongue.

Steve: You think you could sell ice to the Eskimos hey?

Mike: Maybe I am not that good, but I can tell you all about the main functions of a sales department if you like.

Steve: Sure, why not.
