Beth : Sally do you remember me? We met at the International Women's Day lunch.

Sally: Yes of course. Are you still a Human Resources manager?

Beth : Sure. At the moment I am designing a new Equal Employment Opportunities policy for our company.

Sally: That sounds interesting. Can you tell me more?

Beth : Sure. The new policy will mean that the most important things are the skills and experience of the staff. Stuff like their height, hair color and if they are married isn't important.

Sally: I am sure that your company will be even more successful after your new policy.

Beth : Thanks for saying so. Maybe I will see you again at next year's International Women's Day lunch.

Sally: Great - I'll see you there.
