KNOW THE COMPANY LIKE THE BACK OF YOUR HAND: understand every aspect of the company. Find out everything you can about the business you want to interview for.
對(duì)公司要了如指掌：了解公司的方方面面。盡量找出與你要去面試的工作相關(guān)的東西。

* What is it exactly that they do?
* What do they sell, if anything?
* What services does the company provide?
* Where can you help them best?
* How long have they BEEN AROUND?
* Have they always worked with the same goods or products?
* How many offices do they have?
* Where are those offices?
* Who is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)?
* Are they owned by another firm?
* What languages are spoken in the offices?
* Who is their Chinese counterpart?
* If a company has simple letter abbreviations, what does it stand for? For example, IBM is International Business Machines. EDS is Electronic Digital Systems. FESCO is Foreign Enterprises Service Corporation.
他們具體做什么？

你在什么地方最能幫助他們？

例如，IBM是International Business Machines（國(guó)際商用機(jī)器公司）；EDS是Electronic Digital Systems（電子數(shù)字系統(tǒng)）；FESCO是Foreign Enterprises Service Corporation of Beijing（北京外企服務(wù)公司）。

Most large businesses publish monthly or quarterly reports on their progress and growth. In addition, with the computer revolution upon us, many companies have web sites on the Information Superhighway (the World Wide Web, the Internet).

If you can SURF (look through) the Internet, this is a great way to get to know the company while looking for new jobs. As you are collecting data on the company you want to interview for, you should also be collecting questions you want to ask the company. At the interview you will want to show that you know the Company. Asking good questions is a great way to show you know the company!
