2.討論客戶(hù)關(guān)系的。一個(gè)問(wèn)題是，怎樣評(píng)估現(xiàn)存的客戶(hù)關(guān)系，第二個(gè)是，通過(guò)什么方式（how to）去改進(jìn)（模糊了~~）客戶(hù)關(guān)系。
