Actress Amanda Bynes has been charged with reckless endangerment after police say she threw a marijuana bong out of a New York City apartment window. She appeared in court Friday wearing a long, disheveled blond wig and was released on her own recognizance.

And in Virginia, the third U.S. Infantry placed flags at the grave markers of those buried in Arlington National Cemetery ahead of Memorial Day. The practice is known as "flags in" and has been carried out for 40 years.?
