Lack of sleep at night will cause you to feel tired the next day. Fatigue makes it difficult to get through the day and to accomplish tasks with optimal efficiency. While you may be able to take a nap, it's not wise to do so because the nap could interfere with you going to sleep at a decent hour. The best thing you can do is to keep yourself awake when you're tired so that the cycle doesn't repeat itself the next day

Nearly everyone has days when why feel sleepy. As for me, I always feel tired and sleepy all day, even at work. In the hot summer day, what will you do to stay you awake? For me, I usually stand up and then go outside for a walk, which can makes my brain clearly. Drinking hot tea or coffee is usually an effective way drive your tired out, because hot tea or coffee includes caffeine, which may increase your mental and physical abilities. If I feel tired during my work, I usually listen to music, such as pop music or rock & roll music, which can make you feel more relaxed. So what is the effective way for you to stay you awake?

Summer is approaching. We have been experiencing the irresistible heat wave which has driven us crazy. When the body temperature reaches to certain level, our hearts has to speed up, accommodating the excessive heat. This extra process overstrains our energy and leaves us sleepy all day.
