滬江英樂：原名John Stephens的John Legend,三歲就在祖父的教導(dǎo)下學(xué)習(xí)鋼琴,七歲于教堂唱詩班中磨練歌唱技巧,隨后研習(xí)古典音樂課程。1998年協(xié)助才女Lauryn Hill暢銷單曲〈Everything Is Everything〉之鋼琴彈奏而嶄露頭角。2001年認(rèn)識事業(yè)正起步的Kanye West,經(jīng)過多年的幕后工作洗禮,John入籍Kanye音樂廠牌GOOD Music旗下首位藝人,2004年底問世《Get Lifted》專輯,雖然沒有過于亮眼的單曲排行支撐,卻寫下全球三百萬的銷售佳績。
