背景介紹：

在雅思general training寫作考試中，task1就是英文書信的寫作；而在平時工作或?qū)W習中，Email或信件書寫也是非常重要的一項的技能。
說到英文書信的格式，和中文的差別還是比較大的。以下是七寶自己總結(jié)的幾個歸類和自己寫過的例子(僅作參考）：

1. 學(xué)術(shù)類Email format：

4. 生活中informal email for communication format:
以下是我的加拿大外教老師Lily寫的一封郵件，比較隨意和自然的交流：

How are things going, sorry I missed the time to call but it is too late to call, but just wanted to connect and see how you are doing. Exams finished I bet you feel a lot less stressed. What are your plans now? We are heading to the states at the end of June...we hope as things are not yet finalized for our return to China. It is our hope to head to Changsha on the 15th and spend a few days there...we will then be heading to Shenzhen to do our documents that will take some time and so I think we will be spending a bit of time there until it is done. We have yet to book our flights and hope to be home the end of June...wonder if you could get an American visa to visit in Virginia...otherwise you could visit with us in Canada when we arrive there which is the beginning of August...not sure your plans but let us know...we will be driving across America to Canada so could be a fun road trip..will be on Vancouver island the beginning of August.

從稱呼可以看出比較簡潔，直接用的nickname，而且內(nèi)容表達也比較口語化，不是考試類型的語言。這類書信的表達在國外相當常見也是用得最多的。

5. 雅思G類寫作task1 ---背景信息 寫作任務(wù)：
可能不是很多考試選擇G類雅思，因為這類考試一般是移民的目的；A類的雅思寫作是留學(xué)的目的，task1是圖表的描述；G is short for general training, A is short for Academic.
其實英文書信的表達并不比圖表描述容易，而從可用性來說，書信表達更實際有用。

I am writing to tell you that ... (explain the purpose of this letter-寫作任務(wù)一) move to a new house due to the job change.
