坐落在上海市區(qū)北側(cè)的安遠(yuǎn)、江寧路口。建于1918年，是一座仿宋殿宇建筑，布局嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，結(jié)構(gòu)和諧，氣勢宏偉。寺內(nèi)中軸線上，依次為天王殿、大雄寶殿、玉佛樓（方丈室），左右兩側(cè)有臥佛堂、觀音殿、銅佛殿和齋堂，錯落有致。每逢初一、十五或佛教傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日，善男信女，三皈居士，接踵而至。院內(nèi)香煙繚繞，福燭高照，都市風(fēng)光中的叢林名剎，超凡脫俗、別具韻味。
