Issue題庫(kù)在經(jīng)過(guò)三次修訂之后，目前確定為244個(gè)題目。這些題目涉及社會(huì)，文化，科技，歷史，政治，藝術(shù)，教育，法律，倫理等諸多方面。不同類型的題目有較大的差別，但是在同一類型的題目中卻包含了許多命題的方向非常接近的題目，比如說(shuō)：第46題："While some leaders in government, sports, industry, and other areas attribute their success to a well-developed sense of competition, a society can better prepare its young people for leadership by instilling in them a sense of cooperation."和第194題"The best preparation for life or a career is not learning to be competitive, but learning to be cooperative."都是說(shuō)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)與合作意識(shí)對(duì)于社會(huì)或個(gè)人的利弊;再有第54題："History teaches us only one thing: knowing about the past cannot help people to make important decisions today." 第103題"The study of history has value only to the extent that it is relevant to our daily lives."和第221題："The chief benefit of the study of history is to break down the illusion that people in one period of time are significantly different from people who lived at any other time in history."都是討論“研究歷史的價(jià)值”。

這些題目，本質(zhì)上是一致的，考生完全可以用一篇文章來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì)這一類題目。除去這些，題庫(kù)中的需要我們對(duì)付的也就是200道左右。考試中，會(huì)有兩題供考生選擇，因此，Issue練習(xí)的最佳數(shù)量應(yīng)在100篇左右。

理論上講，達(dá)到這種境界的考生，在考試中遇到自己練習(xí)過(guò)的題目的概率是100%，這對(duì)于獲得高分有至關(guān)重要的作用。
