Disabled rescue animals can often struggle to find a home, but one photographer is on a mission to prove that every pet is worthy of love.

In her photo series, Perfect Imperfection, Australian photographer Alex Cearns captures heart-warming images of dogs, cats, birds and even a goat, all with various disabilities but who she says all look on the bright side of life.
