問：據(jù)報道，日本首相安倍晉三在G20峰會期間與歐盟、英國、德國等國領導人會晤時以及外相岸田文雄在APEC部長會期間會見泰國外長時，繼續(xù)對中國在南?；顒颖磉_關切，并稱要確保海洋法治。中方對此有何評論？
Q: It is reported that on the sidelines of the G20 Summit, when Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe met with leaders from the EU, the UK and Germany, and when Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida met with the Thai Foreign Minister at the APEC Ministerial Meeting, the Japanese side kept expressing concerns over China’s activities in the South China Sea, saying that the rule of law should be upheld at sea. What is China’s comment on that?

答：中方對日方做法表示不滿。日本不是南海問題當事國，在南海問題上本應謹言慎行，近期卻不斷炒作南海問題。日方有關言行不符合當前中日關系改善勢頭，也不利于地區(qū)的穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展。
A: The Chinese side is dissatisfied with what the Japanese side has done. Japan is not a party concerned in the South China Sea issue. Instead of watching its words and deeds, Japan has been hyping up the South China Sea issue. Japan’s relevant words and deeds run counter to the momentum of improving bilateral ties and undercut regional stability and development.

我們敦促日方停止在南海問題上進行無端指責，恪守中日四個政治文件精神，切實落實去年雙方達成的四點原則共識，同中方相向而行，以實際行動維護中日關系改善大局。
We urge the Japanese side to stop making groundless accusations on the South China Sea issue, abide by the four political documents between China and Japan, implement the four-point principled agreement reached between the two sides last year, work with China towards the same direction, and ensure the continuous improvement of bilateral ties with concrete actions.

問：據(jù)報道，印度內(nèi)政部長將于近期訪華，請介紹有關安排。他將與中方哪些官員會面？此訪主要議題是什么？雙方是否會討論反恐合作問題？

關于中印反恐合作，11月4日，中印在新德里舉行了第七次反恐磋商，就國際地區(qū)反恐形勢、各自反恐關切和雙邊反恐合作深入交換了意見。雙方一致認為，當前國際社會面臨嚴峻的恐怖威脅，雙方應抓住兩國關系穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的機會，進一步加強反恐合作，共同維護兩國的安全穩(wěn)定。
As for China-India counter-terrorism cooperation, China and India held the 7th round of counter-terrorism consultation in New Delhi on November 4, exchanging views on the international and regional counter-terrorism situation, respective counter-terrorism concerns and bilateral counter-terrorism cooperation. The two sides agreed that in the light of the severe terrorist threats the international community is facing, the two sides should seize the opportunity brought by the steady growth of bilateral ties, enhance counter-terrorism cooperation, and jointly uphold security and stability of the two countries.?
