問：據(jù)報(bào)道，俄羅斯聯(lián)邦安全局局長博爾特尼科夫稱，10月31日墜毀在埃及西奈半島的俄羅斯客機(jī)的失事原因是遭到了恐怖襲擊。俄總統(tǒng)普京稱，俄希望伙伴國家協(xié)助搜捕和懲處肇事的恐怖分子。中方對(duì)此有何評(píng)論？是否將向俄方提供協(xié)助？
Q: Head of the Russian Federal Security Service Alexander Bortnikov said that it was a terrorist attack that brought down the Russian passenger plane over the Sinai Peninsula, Egypt on October 31. Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia is counting on its partners to help find and punish those responsible for the attack. What is China’s comment? Will China offer assistance?

答：恐怖主義是人類的公敵，中方一貫反對(duì)一切形式的恐怖主義。作為全面戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作伙伴，中方堅(jiān)定支持俄方維護(hù)國家安全穩(wěn)定及為此采取的相關(guān)反恐行動(dòng)，愿同俄羅斯及國際社會(huì)一道，加強(qiáng)安全領(lǐng)域合作，共同應(yīng)對(duì)恐怖主義的威脅與挑戰(zhàn)，維護(hù)世界的和平與安寧。
A: Terrorism is the common enemy faced by all humanity. The Chinese side opposes all forms of terrorism. Being Russia’s comprehensive strategic partner for coordination, China firmly supports Russia in maintaining national security and stability and carrying out relevant counter-terrorism activities to that end. China stands ready to work with the international community including Russia to enhance security cooperation, jointly respond to threats and challenges posed by terrorism, and safeguard world peace and stability.

問：據(jù)報(bào)道，中國企業(yè)在阿富汗承建的公路項(xiàng)目工期滯后。你對(duì)此有何評(píng)論？
Q: It is reported that a road project undertaken by Chinese enterprise in Afghanistan lags behind schedule. What is your comment?

答：我不了解你說的情況。但我要指出，中國堅(jiān)定支持阿富汗和平重建，向阿提供了大量援助，鼓勵(lì)中國公司積極參與阿經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)，為改善阿富汗社會(huì)民生作出了積極貢獻(xiàn)。中方將繼續(xù)落實(shí)好對(duì)阿援助，進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)阿富汗經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和民生改善。
A: I am not aware of the situation you mentioned. However, I would like to point out that China firmly supports Afghanistan’s peaceful reconstruction and has provided a large amount of assistance. We encourage Chinese enterprises to take an active part in Afghanistan’s economic development, and we have contributed to the improvement of people’s livelihood in Afghanistan. The Chinese side will follow through with its assistance and help drive Afghanistan’s economic and social development as well as the betterment of its people’s livelihood.?
